At Cammtech, service is the core of our business, and Roland products are our specialty. Being a Roland authorized warranty service center, we can offer you an extended warranty program for your equipment. If you are located in our service area, which includes most of New England, some of your Roland products, such as the Versacamm 300/540, HiFi Jet, Cammjet, Soljet and ProSeries cutters CX 300/400/500 will be eligible for an on-site service program.

Cammtech's ON-SITE SERVICE:
- Is available through one of our extended warranty programs.
- Is offered Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
- Is scheduled with a technician when a customer places a service call to our office.
Cammtech's IN-SHOP REPAIR SERVICE:
- Is available for all other Roland Equipment like cutters, impact printers, engravers and, of course, Colorcamm.
- Is initiated by the customer contacting us for an RMA# before shipping.
- Is enhanced by a preliminary estimate provided over the phone before shipping.
- Recommends avoiding potential shipping damage, by having the defective equipment packaged in its original packaging. (If it is no longer available, please contact us to obtain new packaging.)
- Turns around most repairs in about one to two days. (Please note this does not include shipping time in transit.)
